Thank you for choosing Clare Dog Training Ireland. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment and Booking Policy Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the date is secured, and no refunds will be issued for any cancellations. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that unforeseen events can occur, and in recognition of this, we offer a one-time rescheduling option. This allows flexibility to clients, given the high demand for our services. Any rescheduled session will require payment in full at the time of rescheduling to confirm the new date. Subsequent cancellations or missed sessions after rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, with no additional rescheduling or refunds.

3. No Refunds After Commencement of Training Once training sessions have commenced, no refunds will be provided. Once services are delivered and utilized, they are deemed fulfilled and are non-refundable.

4. Compliance with Trainer’s Instructions Clients are required to follow all instructions provided by Clare Dog Training Ireland, including adherence to approved training equipment. Failure to comply with these requirements or any breach of the agreed terms may result in the termination of services without refund.

5. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with a booking and confirming payment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. This policy ensures the best experience for all clients and allows Clare Dog Training Ireland to maintain high standards of service and availability.
