Clare Dog Training – Terms and Conditions**

Clare Dog Training does not offer refunds for any cancellations. Once a booking is made and payment is received, the date is set, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, the full payment must be made at the point of rescheduling. This ensures that the new appointment is confirmed. However, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or missed sessions.

I understand that unexpected events can arise in people’s lives, and while I am sympathetic to such situations, once a spot is booked, it can be rescheduled one time due to the high demand for my services. After this, the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

Once official training has commenced, there are no refunds thereafter. Additionally, once the service has been provided and utilized, no refund will be issued.

Clients must ensure that all fees are paid in full on the day that the service commences. Failure to comply with the trainer’s instructions, including the use of non-approved equipment or failure to adhere to the agreed terms, will result in termination of services.
